Our After-Sales Department is designed to address, channel, and follow up on requests related to warranties, finishes, and post-delivery issues, in accordance with the terms established in your contract and current regulations.
We operate under principles of transparency, order, and objectivity, guaranteeing clear communication and efficient handling of each case.
1. When to contact After-Sales??
You can contact our After-Sales team to:
- Report any issues found after delivery of your unit
- Request service for construction warranty claims within the established timeframes
- Follow up on a previously reported case
- Make inquiries related to post-delivery processes
2. Care process
- Application Registration: Complete the digital form with the required information.
- Validation: Our team will evaluate the application according to the contract, warranty manual, and applicable scope.
- Scheduling: If approved, the corresponding technical support will be coordinated.
- Closure: You will be formally notified of the case’s conclusion.
Applications will be evaluated according to the Warranty and After-Sales Manual, the signed contract, and applicable regulations.
