What options do I have in terms of payment?

What is the minimum amount to make a separation of property?

All our projects have a minimum amount of separation for the signing of the contract of sale promise, of 5% of the value of the chosen property.

How do I handle communication between the bank of my choice and Grupo Pedralbes?

Grupo Pedralbes has an exclusive representative of most of the country’s banking institutions. We work together with them to simplify the financing process.

If I live abroad, can I buy an apartment and manage the financing?

What is the minimum amount to make a reservation of a property?

All our projects have a minimum reservation amount of RD $ 50,000.00, with the exception of the Pedralbes fairs where a reserve amount of RD $ 10,000 applies. As of the reservation, the client has 30 days to sign the sales promise contract and complete the separation amount upon signature of said document.

How much time do they give me to complete the initial payment of my apartment?

When you are going to separate, we help you choose the unit that suits your financial and investment needs. The payment plan of your initial depends on the date of completion of the property you choose.

Do I have to go to the Construction company every time I have to make a payment?

It is not necessary. If it is difficult for you to come to deposit, when you separate your property we will provide you with a document with the instructions to pay your installments via bank transfer, check or deposit on account.
