Warranty and Post-Sale

We want to communicate that any requests for warranty claims of your new Pedralbes Group apartment, after delivery, the process is described below:

1. The client proceeds to send an email to postventa@pedralbes.com.do indicating the following information: project, apartment, direct contact telephone numbers and email, as well as a description as accurate as possible of the claim made.

3. After the visit, and observation of the situation, the assigned engineer will send you a communication indicating the process to follow for the resolution of the problem, as well as an estimated date of completion.

2. Our Post Sales Analyst is responsible for answering your email, and assigning a visit date to the apartment, for the purpose of assessing the situation and taking the actions of the place.

4. As a final step, the assigned engineer will provide you after the claim has been resolved, a form that you must complete in order to terminate your application.

It is also important to inform you that the claims are received in order of date and urgency, so the analyst of such department will be informing you about the order after the claim is received.
